Today I am very proud to „show“ you Hendrik’s story. Hendrik Albrecht is a very talented young bartender at my bar, Le Lion – Bar de Paris, Hamburg.


He is just 23 years old, now having his first own drink, AMBER, at our menu. To see him the last two years growing, from bar back to a very good bartender, makes me very proud!

  • 70 ml Spanish Brandy
  • 10 ml Fino Sherry
  • 10 ml Orgeat
  • 20 ml Lemon Juice
  • 1-2 Dash Absinth

Shake, double strain into tumbler on ice rock
